**Please note: We currently accept prepaid orders only.
COD (cash on delivery) is not available at the moment. We are working to provide COD (cash/UPI/ card) on delivery soon.

 

1: How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is processed by our system, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the products to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, your items are meticulously packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. They then deliver your package to you at your earliest convenience. In case of any difficulty reaching your provided address or arranging a suitable delivery time, our delivery partners will contact you to resolve the issue.
 

2: How are items packaged?

We employ state-of-the-art packaging to ensure a premium experience for our valued customers. Your order is packaged in a sturdy premium box, which is then carefully placed in a corrugated box for added security. Our top-notch packing guarantees that your product arrives undamaged throughout its journey.
 

3: What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

THE PERFUME VEDA ships throughout India to serviceable Indian Pincodes.
 

4: My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID along with the name of the respective delivery partner. You can track the status of your order through the websites of our partner companies:

5: What is the estimated delivery time?

We typically deliver orders within 3-7 business days from the date of order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). While we strive to fulfill our commitment, external factors such as natural calamities, local strikes, vehicle restrictions, fires, riots, etc., may cause delays. During key sale events, dispatches may be slightly delayed due to increased volumes. Although we aim to dispatch orders within the normal timeline, increased volumes may lead to an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
 

6: Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments?

It is common for orders to be shipped from different warehouse locations. Rest assured, this is a normal occurrence.
 

7: Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the zone and weight. We offer free delivery on orders above INR 2499/-. For orders below INR 2499/-, a flat shipping charge of INR 50/- will apply.
 

8: Does THE PERFUME VEDA ship outside India?

No, currently we only deliver to locations pan India.
 

9: Lost or Stolen Packages?

THE PERFUME VEDA is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address. If such an incident occurs, please report it to us at tpvhelp@gmail.com and inform the delivery partner as well.
 

10: Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
