Refund/Return Policy

We at THE PERFUME VEDA aim to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase.
However, please note that return, refund, or exchange requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Initiation of the request after 3 (three) business days from the date of product delivery.
     

  2. Damage caused by mishandling, negligence, misuse/overuse, or any other reason attributable to the Customer.

  3. The product has been opened and/or used.
     

  4. Return without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged.
     

  5. For orders containing a combination of saleable and free-of-cost products, requests can be rejected if both products are not returned.
     

If you have received a damaged, defective item, or the wrong product in your order, please follow these steps to initiate your return/refund within 3 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (tpvhelp@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91-6394368667) within 3 business days of receiving the order.


Step 2: Provide your order ID details and request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for reference.

 

Step 3: We will arrange for the pickup of the products within 2-4 business days. Refund or replacement will be initiated only upon receipt of the products in their original packaging with seals, and labels intact, unopened, and unused.
 

Please note: Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
 

Do I need to return the free gift when returning a product?
Yes, the free gift is considered part of the item order and must be returned along with the originally delivered product.
 

How will I receive a refund for returned orders and how long does this process take?
For returns/replacements/refunds, we process the refund once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account within 24-48 business hours after verification of the ordered products at our warehouse. The actual credit time depends on your bank.

Please note that shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
