• THE PERFUME VEDA generally does not accept returns or exchanges except in specific unforeseen circumstances.
• Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any issues. We will assess each situation individually and determine the best course of action.

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, as redirection of orders will not be possible once they have been dispatched.

Changes to the address can be accommodated only if the order has not yet been shipped, and the new location is within our defined kilometers radius.Upon shipment of your package, we will promptly email you the tracking information.

The delivery timeframe commences upon order acceptance, encompassing a 24-hour processing period. Please be aware that this processing time may extend during our sale periods, with shipments taking up to 72 hours to be dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, for which the customer is solely responsible. The majority of countries are shipped to under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This implies that the product prices shown do not include any taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for covering all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. It is essential to make these payments to facilitate the release of your order from customs upon arrival.

All orders Internationallya take up to 20 working days for an order to be delivered under normal circumstances.

Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email with the tracking number for your order will be sent to you.

Undeliverable Packages:

FAILURE TO DELIVERY
Our delivery teams will attempt to deliver your purchase ONE time (once more after the actual delivery) over four business days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to the designer. In such cases, you will be given store credit or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment.
