Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, simply contact our customer support team at tpvhelp@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91-6394368667. Our customer support operates Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 5PM, excluding public holidays.

For unshipped orders, cancellations are processed swiftly, and you can expect your refund within 48-72 business hours once the cancellation request is received and processed.

Refund Process:

Unshipped Orders: For orders cancelled before shipment, refunds are processed within 48-72 business hours upon receipt of the cancellation request.

​

Shipped Orders - Return To Origin (RTO) Orders: In case of RTO orders, cancellations may occur due to various reasons such as non-serviceable pincode, incomplete address, customer unavailability, or relocation.

Refunds for RTO orders are initiated upon the receipt and verification of the returned products at our warehouse. Our customer care team will coordinate with you and our back-end team to facilitate the refund process.

For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund is credited to the original account within 48-72 business hours after the products are received. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Customer-Requested Cancellations: If an order is accepted and subsequently cancelled by the customer, the return process outlined in our Return Policy must be followed.
